Just how different can a recruitment consultancy be?

Most recruitment agencies are simply playing a numbers game.  They are only interested in rushing your CV out to as many potential employers as possible.  They concentrate on what you’ve done – based on a few key words in your CV - and not on what you actually want to do with your future. Therefore, of course, these roles are unlikely to be what you’re really looking for. This is not the Click an Flick approach.

We have a thorough knowledge of your industry, so we will understand exactly what you are looking for.  We are not interested in banging square pegs into round holes – our clients expect better than this from us.  We will have a detailed discussion with you, which will, of course, have to cover your experience and qualifications, but which will focus on what you want to do going forward.  We then use our industry knowledge and contacts to find you the perfect role.
