Timothy Smith – Director

Timothy started in recruitment in the mid 1980s and has always specialised in the financial sector.  He founded Click in 2001 after a five-year break from the agency side during which he recruited, trained and managed a sales force for a major US corporate. A core value of the business from day one has been to maximise the effectiveness of targeted searches by working closely with clients to gain a genuine understanding of their needs, beyond the written job brief.

David Moon – Director

David joined the board of Click an Flick following a very successful 14 years as a Management Consultant with KPMG. He brings experience of working proactively with clients to help them to achieve their goals. He is responsible for financial and operational matters.

Gayleen Smythe – Senior Consultant

Gayleen has been in the financial services industry for 17 years  and has been actively recruiting for the last 7, working primarily on a headhunt basis in the senior end of the financial advisor market. Gayleen’s extensive industry knowledge combined with an excellent contact base allows her to be very effective in recruiting at senior executive and board level.

Robert Matthews – Consultant

Bob has been in the industry for over 10 years, now specialising in financial services.  Bob takes the long term view in that he likes to form in-depth relationships with candidates to enable a full understanding of their objectives and aspirations.  Based on a suitable brief from a client he can therefore make an early identification of the right candidates.

Justin Austin - Consultant

Justin has been in the industry for 6 years and has developed his broad recruitment experience into a financial services specialisation.  His ability to forge strong relationships with key clients enables Justin to provide a streamlined service and to spot early opportunities for suitable candidates.

 

Gerrard Krusty - Consultant


Gerrard joined Click an Flick bringing with him a wealth of experience in financial services, from retail banking to off-shore investments.  He spent several years at university studying Business & Finance which helps him understand both client and candidate requirements.

 

 

Emma McKirk – Office Manager

Emma joined the company in August 2003 and is Personal Assistant to Timothy Dodd and all the consultants.  She is also responsible for the smooth running of the office.  She has 14 years experience in administration.
